The Home from hospital service provides a combination of practical and emotional support to help you home from hospital. Sometimes it can be difficult adapting back into the home after a stay in hospital. The British Red Cross can support you with tasks such as attending appointments, collecting prescriptions, doing the shopping and writing letters etc. Sometimes a visit and a bit of company may be what you need to give you the confidence to help you recover.
