Clubs and coaches - checklist information

Any Club /Organisation or individual wishing to book a Flintshire Leisure facility for sessions involving juniors will be required to complete the checklist form below in addition to the actual facility booking form:-

Important Please Note - This checklist is intended to act as a prompt for clubs/organisations to ensure that they have the appropriate measures in place for hiring facilities for the purpose of providing activities for junior participants. The Sport Flintshire Unit is able to assist in a whole range of areas for those clubs who do not currently meet all of the check list requirements. This both in terms of directing clubs to the appropriate agencies who can advise them together with assisting clubs to access funding for Club Development and Coach Education. It is our aim to work with clubs to help them to meet the criteria, therefore, if you need any information or assistance at all please contact the Unit on 01352 702461 or speak to the Centre management who may also be able to assist.
