Customer Involvement
The council is committed to consulting with our tenants, leaseholders and at times the wider community, to ensure that we provide the services they require.
We are also committed to giving tenants, leaseholders or representatives the opportunity to influence our plans and the decisions we make about our services.
We are in a continuing process of developing a variety of ways in which our tenants and leaseholders can get involved and contribute to the development and improvement of our services.
We believe in offering a range of options to all our tenants and leaseholders to contribute to the way that is easiest for them. This might be completing surveys or attending interest groups or consultation events, or taking an active part in a tenant & resident group.
If you want to be involved contact the Customer Involvement Officer, Debbie Davies, email: debbie.davies@flintshire.gov.uk or by telephone: 01352 703816/703817 or mobile: 07789945403
Or you can write to her at Council Offices, Chapel Street, Flint. CH6 5WB

North Area Office Estate Walkabout
The Council's Housing Service is to introduce a new schedule of formal 'Estate Walkabouts' to take place in August and October.
This is an opportunity for tenants and residents to meet and join officers from the Local Housing Office for a walk around the local area and highlight any issues in communal areas or open spaces and agree solutions.
The staff at the North Area Office have arranged the following area walkabouts. Please join the staff from our office and have your say about your estate.
Schedule of Walks October 2010
Incase of bad weather please telephone 01352 714099 to check that the walkabout is still going ahead.
