For a temporary period, we have introduced ‘Individual Cabinet member decision making’, where one Cabinet Member, advised by senior officers will make urgent decisions on executive matters. These will be few in number.
We have also made arrangements for the Planning Committee to consider urgent and significant planning applications through a form of virtual meetings.
