Public Services Ombudsman Wales
The Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) is independent of all government bodies and can consider complaints where someone believes they have been treated unfairly or they have been disadvantaged by a service failure on the part of the Council.
When the Ombudsman issues a report under s16 of the Public Services Ombudsman (Wales) Act 2005 (“the Act”) the Council has a duty under s17 of the Act to publicise the report and make it available to the public at its offices and via its website.
All s16 reports can be accessed under Useful Documents on this page or alternatively a paper version is available for inspection at County Offices, Church Street, Flint, Flintshire CH6 5BH or Tŷ Dewi Sant, St. Davids Park, Ewloe, Flintshire, CH5 3FF.
