to invest.
The programme has been developed with the needs of local business in mind and
the emphasis will be on the manufacturing industry and assisting businesses to
grow and succeed in these challenging economic times.

The Regional Economy where speakers will highlight subjects including business
success, strategic economic development, the state of the nation and the North
Wales and Mersey Dee Alliance.

showcase local businesses plus seminars on jobs growth in Wales, social media
and an introduction to Business Wales.

Business Awards Gala Dinner which will be held at Soughton Hall on 17 October
with awards for local businesses in 10 categories including Business of the
Year and Business Person of the Year.
Cllr Derek Butler, Cabinet Member for Economic Development said, Flintshire
Business Week helps our local businesses and puts our area on the map. It is a
unique and very successful partnership between the public and private sectors.
