Councillor Hutchinson has represented Buckley Pentrobin Ward for 32 years. He has lived in Flintshire all his life, notably in Sychdyn and Buckley.

Married to Jeanne for 55 years, they have 2 children, Andrew and Sarah, and have 5 wonderful grandchildren, namely Lauren, Hannah, Ben, Max, and Ethan.

Councillor Jeanne Hutchinson will be Dennis’s Consort during their term of office.
