Flintshire County Council is a well-governed and progressive Council and continues to perform well as a direct provider and commissioner of public services, and as a partner to others.

The Plan sets out the Council’s high-level priorities and these priorities have been chosen as the areas where the Council can add most value and make a positive and lasting difference.
