Everyone can train in the art of Taekwondo. Taekwondo is a modern Korean form of Karate/Kickboxing, but the main thing is Taekwondo is there to enjoy whilst learning an authentic martial art and helps build confidence and character. Students have opportunities to advance in their gradings which are held in Deeside on a quarterly basis and there are many National and local competitions for students who wish to compete.
