Pennysmart CIC is a social enterprise specialising in free-to-client telephone and digital budgeting, benefits and regulated debt advice and support services. We work primarily with health and community sector professionals such as social prescribers, health care professionals, housing staff etc who refer clients in financial distress who are least able and willing to access face to face services directly. Pennysmart CIC advisers are qualified professionals and use skills and knowledge to help clients to make ends meet, maximise their income, claim their full entitlements, set up workable payment arrangements, access appropriate debt solutions and feel better and more confident about their money. We hold the AQS and IAQF Wales quality marks, our staff are Institute of Money Advisers certified and are licensed intermediaries for Debt Relief Orders and Breathing Space Remedy. Regulated by the FCA No 618817.
Pennysmart CIC also offer a range of budgeting benefits and debt awareness workshops for frontline workers and volunteers to identify the signs of financial crisis and to access the best financial outcomes for their service users.
