The club warmly invites anyone who has survived a stroke and their family members or carers to come along and share their experiences together with like minded people. The club meets every Thursday from 11.00 a.m. - 3.00 p.m. The day starts with refreshments. Those who wish to, may partake in exercise during the morning, and there are guest speakers, demonstrations, games e.g. dominoes and a raffle during the afternoon. The club are affiliated to the Stroke Association.
