Was your child born between 1 September 2014 and 31 August 2015?
Will they have reached the age of 11 by August 31st, 2026?
If so, your child will have the opportunity to start in Year 7 at a Secondary school in September 2026.
The closing date for applications to start Year 7 at Secondary school in September 2026 was 3rd November 2025.
If you've already applied, we'll let you know the outcome on 2nd March 2026.
Applying after the end of the allocation period
As you are now applying after the end of the allocation period (5th January 2026) the application cannot be processed until after the national offer date (2nd March 2026).
If you have already submitted an application between 1st September 2025 and 5th January 2026 you will still receive the outcome of this on offer day.
There will be further updates regarding this new application as per the below timetable.
